AIM Headquarters, in Reading, PA

Our headquarters was intentionally designed as a model to demonstrate how accessible design can be done well. Accessible features throughout the building include bathrooms, barrier free thresholds, wide hallways, touch free automatic doors, adaptive cabinets, and other solutions. Located at 755 Hiester Lane in Reading, PA, our headquarters serves as the hub for programs, innovation, support, advocacy and community connection. Our fully accessible building offers ample space for onsite programming, future growth and community partnerships that expand our commitment to promoting physical and digital accessibility to the community. Our building is also the home of Rollie’s Place Café and the AIM Gaming Center.
Rollie’s Place Café
Rollie’s Place is a barrier-free, fully accessible café thoughtfully designed as an open, airy, sensory-friendly environment. The space features accessible appliances and carefully integrated automated equipment to enhance efficiency, consistency and ease of service. Guests can enjoy private, hooded seating options that reduce light and noise, as well as a dedicated quiet area designed to minimize sensory stimulation.
Located inside AIM Headquarters in Reading, PA, Rollie’s Place offers specialty coffee, espresso, and tea as well as a selection of freshly crafted soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods. It also offers smoothies, bottled and fountain drinks and snacks.



AIM Gaming Center
As part of our efforts to continue to provide fully accessible communal spaces, the AIM Gaming Center in Reading, PA is a 2,400 square foot immersive gaming center for all skill levels. It is designed around accessibility needs with wide navigable aisles, height adjustable desks and adaptive peripherals and gaming. The AIM Gaming Center features 15 of the latest and greatest gaming stations configured for individual or team play and many of the newest gaming consoles enabling the community to experience individual and team play in a supportive community environment.
